We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Integrated Community Care and Recovery (ICCR) Services team, working with adults with mental health difficulties in a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) setting.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or early career Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to apply their full range of psychological skills, including consultation, training, supervision, service development, leadership, and research, as well as direct clinical work.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist psychological assessment and individual and group-based treatment to clients with complex difficulties
- Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to support the transformation of our Community Services
- Develop and implement interventions to address clinical problems
- Contribute to service development and leadership roles
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Doctoral level training in clinical psychology
- Significant post-qualification experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment
- Experience working in Adult Secondary or Tertiary Mental Health services
- Skills in formulation of problems from a psychological perspective and implementation of interventions
