We're seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plans that empower our adults to thrive.
Our service is built on a strong foundation of safeguarding, respect, and inclusivity. We strive for excellence in care, and our clinical teams work collaboratively to develop empowering environments where our adults can flourish.
As a Clinical Psychologist with Outcomes First Group, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and interventions that promote positive outcomes for our adults
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our adults, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of our service's policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
