Respiratory Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Respiratory Nurse Specialist to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients across the boroughs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert respiratory care to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and management of respiratory conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct patient education and support to promote self-management and independence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
Requirements:
- Registered clinician with the NMC.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in respiratory care.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
