Programmatic Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Director to lead our client accounts and campaigns across various clients, managing relationships in the display and programmatic space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the successful end-to-end delivery of all display activity across multiple DSPs, including DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, and Amazon, as well as Managed Service campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve buying practices, utilizing first-party data, driving cost efficiencies, and leveraging buy-side features to advance programmatic technology across the team.
  • Collaborate with department leads and OMG to develop programmatic products that meet client needs.
  • Deliver best practice brand safety and ad-verification, meeting target KPIs and building on learnings for each client.
  • Support the Head of Programmatic+ in delivering trading deals, programmatic, and OMG product targets.
About You:

You will be a Senior Manager or Group Associate Director looking to take the next step in your career. You will possess strong technical knowledge of the programmatic marketplace and a history of developing trust and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
