Job Title: Programmatic Director
Job Description:
Dentsu is seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Director to join our team. As a Programmatic Director, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate execution of Programmatic campaigns, as well as solid experience in DSPs and Programmatic technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Programmatic strategies to drive business growth and improve campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize Programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms, including DV360, Amazon, and TTD.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Programmatic plans that meet client objectives.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Programmatic technology and best practices to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in Programmatic campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 4+ years' experience working in Programmatic.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using industry-standard ad serving/buying tools.
- Exceptional knowledge of the market both locally and globally, and the role that Programmatic plays within the digital ecosystem.
- High degree of numeracy and literacy.
- Detail-oriented with first-class analytical skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to work both as an individual or within a team.
- Effective organization and time management.
- Platform/tech experience in at least 2 DSPs, including DV360, Amazon, or TTD.
