We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a mainstream school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one support to SEN children, helping them to thrive academically and emotionally.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
- Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery, as well as providing feedback to students.
- Support the development of social skills, behavior management, and emotional well-being.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- SEN experience (desirable)
- Confidence in delivering one-to-one support
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
