Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team at an Outstanding School in Leamington Spa.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have recent experience as a HLTA/L3 Teaching Assistant, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to support pupils with their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the needs of students and plan support that differentiates students' abilities and needs
- Establish productive working relationships with students, collaborating well with teachers and other colleagues
- Be confident and willing to stand in for the class teacher in the event of their absence
- Plan suitable interventions to address gaps in pupils' learning
- Adhere to schools' policies and procedures at all times, ensuring safeguarding principles are at the forefront of everything you do
- Recent experience as a HLTA/L3 Teaching Assistant
- Proven experience with excellent school-based references
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum
- Experience supporting pupils with their learning and development
We offer a competitive pay rate of £100-115, with the potential for a higher rate based on teaching responsibility. We also provide free child protection and prevent duty training, as well as assistance with DBS checks.
