Job Role/Responsibilities:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of students and planning support that differentiates students' abilities and needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish productive working relationships with students, collaborating well with teachers and other colleagues.
- Be confident and willing to stand in for the class teacher in the event of their absence.
- Plan suitable interventions to address gaps in pupils' learning.
- Adhere to schools' policies and procedures at all times, ensuring safeguarding principles are at the pinnacle of everything you do.
Requirements:
- Recent experience as a HLTA/L3 Teaching Assistant.
- Proven experience with excellent school-based references.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Experience supporting pupils with their learning and development.
Pay Rate: £100-115 (the more teaching responsibility, there is a potential for a higher pay rate)
