We are currently recruiting for a Supported Living Team Manager to join our Poole and Bournemouth team at Diverse Abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of support workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of supported living principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and management skills. You will work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence and community engagement.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a Diploma Level 3/4 or equivalent, basic numeracy and literacy skills, and a full UK Manual Driving License. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a person-centred approach and proactive attitude.

Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our service users, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and passion. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including access to thousands of retailer discounts and auto-enrolment pensions.
