We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist to join our Health Club and Spa team at Claridge's. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to our guests, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a range of treatments, including massage, manicure, pedicure, and facials, to the highest standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the health club and spa areas, restocking supplies as needed.
  • Support the reception team by taking bookings and updating guest records.
Requirements:
  • Luxury experience in a similar role is preferred, but experience in a hotel environment is not necessary.
  • Extensive knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage is required.
  • Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and Reflexology experience is advantageous.
  • Passion for delivering highly personalized service.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
