Join Our Team as a Spa Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Lush Spa Bath. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert treatments, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

About the Role
  • Perform a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, to promote relaxation and well-being.
  • Represent the Lush Spa brand, values, and products on the shop floor and across the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and cared for throughout their experience.
  • Support the day-to-day running of the spa, including booking and upselling treatments, maintaining stock levels, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with the latest treatments and products.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, including full-body massage.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting the Lush Spa brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in the spa.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and bank holidays.
