Job Title: Casual Spa Therapist

At Bulgari Hotel London, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Casual Spa Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional spa treatments and providing outstanding customer service. As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for working closely with our Treatments Manager to ensure that all operational procedures and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Assist the Senior Therapists team in maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Contribute to achieving personal and team sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our spa services and products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record of service excellence in a spa environment.
  • Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications.
  • Experience working in a luxury service environment.
  • Excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.
  • Impeccable presentation and customer service skills.
