About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at COCON. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps.
  • Provide personalized consultations to determine the best treatment plan for each guest.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, promoting spa packages and services to guests.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
