SEN Support Worker

Prospero Teaching is working with an outstanding Ofsted rated SEN School based in Bournemouth to find dedicated Education Support Assistants for January 2025.
This specialist setting caters for children and young people aged 11-16 with Autism alongside other complex needs including Autism & Additional Complex Needs.
Your role will include providing support for pupils, teachers, and other staff members in a collaborative environment. This will involve assisting with lesson planning, implementing strategies to improve pupil engagement, and helping to maintain a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per year, depending on experience.
