About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Cultural Inclusion Agent. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on our organization and contribute to creating a more inclusive and diverse work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing independent support and guidance to investigating teams and disciplinary, grievance or interview panels
  • Identifying and challenging any issues of less favorable treatment, discrimination and unconscious or conscious bias
  • Ensuring that all decisions are made in a fair and consistent manner
  • Working closely with colleagues to promote good working practices and influence others
  • Providing accurate reports and keeping confidential records
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence and challenge in a diplomatic manner
  • A basic understanding of Equality and Human Rights legislation
  • Assertive, self-confident and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills to review data and develop options
  • A working knowledge and understanding of our policies, including Bullying and Harassment, Grievance and Disciplinary policy and procedure, Equality of Opportunity in Employment and Equality Analysis
