We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Designer to join our team at Brandon James. As a Principal Designer, you will play a key role in ensuring the health and safety of our clients and their employees.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction health and safety, with a focus on design safety risk management. You will be responsible for leading meetings, managing design safety risk, and working closely with our team of CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead meetings and manage design safety risk for our client portfolio
  • Work closely with our team to ensure the health and safety of our clients and their employees
  • Develop and implement effective design safety risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with our CDM Advisors, Architects, and Fire Risk Assessors to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Construction qualification (required)
  • Technical IOSH qualification (minimum)
  • APS membership (required)
  • At least 2 years of experience in CDM roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
