Job Title: Senior Principal Designer

Location: Central London

Sector: Built Environment

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + industry leading benefits package

Carriera Careers is working with a leading property and construction consultancy based in London who are currently recruiting for a Senior Principal Designer with CMAPS/IMAPS/APS or a Chartered Architect on the RIBA register. The successful candidate will champion the design and the Building Safety Act 2022 regulations for the office.

The Senior Principal Designer will work on a diverse portfolio of residential, education, mixed use, care home, healthcare, commercial and regeneration projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Principal Designer/Architect to be an integral part of a forward-thinking medium-sized consultancy who are going through an exciting period of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that the design team has the necessary competence and experience to set out their duties.
  • Ensure that the design work is carried out in accordance with the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA).
