Job Title: Community Involvement Coordinator

Location: Sensory Hub, Perth

Job Type: Part-time, 26 hours per week over 4 days

Contract: Fixed-term contract for 2 years

Salary: £25,861 - £27,141 (pro rata)

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Involvement Coordinator to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strengthening our presence in the community by overseeing volunteer recruitment and governance, building stakeholder relationships, and managing the telephone befriending project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Volunteer Recruitment and Governance
  • Community Engagement and Relationship Building
  • Telephone Befriending Project Leadership
  • Raising Awareness and Promoting NFP People

About You:

  • Experience in volunteer management, community engagement, or project coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A proactive, collaborative, and compassionate individual who is passionate about making a positive difference
