About the Role

Haleon is seeking a Digital Data Product Owner to develop a roadmap for consumer-centric data and work with Marketing teams to create innovative solutions for consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product ownership of Acquire (1st party Data, Consent & Identity Management) & Audience (Customer Data Platform Capabilities), and the associated technical stack.
  • Development and ownership of the building and configuration of a repeatable, reusable, and integrated product capability.
  • Understanding the digital MarTech stack and appraising new technologies to achieve business model ambitions.
  • Providing analysis of data to challenge status quo and improve consumer marketing for Haleon.
  • Partnering with business to understand problems, experiments, and test opportunities.
  • Accountable for processes and frameworks that products are delivered within.
  • Running multiple agile product teams using Haleon Agile methodologies.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in applying technical product ownership/management.
  • A background or experience in innovation, start-up, or venture background with a passion for emerging technology.
  • Experience in building trust-based relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical knowledge of designing and building data and consumer identity solutions.
  • Experience with SAP CDC as a technical tool.
  • Experience and understanding of Data Privacy, consent management, and consumer engagement lifecycle.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platform to enhance consumer experience.
  • Knowledge of APIs and Integration patterns, DEVOPS.
  • Knowledge/Experience of Sales force Data cloud.
  • Excellent project management capability with experience in technical-oriented product ownership.
