Building Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Manager to join our team at Sheen Lane Developments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient living experience.
- Manage and maintain the building's facilities, including regular inspections and site walk-arounds.
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a seamless transition between tenancies.
- Communicate effectively with residents, third-party service providers, and internal teams to ensure the building runs smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements, maintaining a safe environment for all.
- Report and assist with any remedial works required, working closely with the office-based team.
- Oversee fire security, prevention, and safety systems, ensuring the building meets the highest standards.
- Work collaboratively with third-party service providers to maintain the building's excellent standard.
- Manage communal areas, including resident amenities, and enforce building policies for residents.
- At least two years of experience in managing a large residential block.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and strong time management.
- Punctuality and ability to set and meet timescales and targets.
- Knowledge of landlord responsibilities and residential property compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
