About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Building Manager to join our team at Sheen Lane Developments. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential block in Aylesbury.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain the building's facilities, including communal areas and resident amenities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with our office-based team to ensure the effective management of the property.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report any incidents or concerns.
  • Work with third-party service providers to maintain the building's services and facilities.
  • Develop and implement building policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable living environment for residents.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in managing a large residential block.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Punctuality and strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of landlord responsibilities and residential property compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
