Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment and Account Manager to join our team at Smart Environmental Support Services. This role is responsible for managing staff rota's, sickness, and holidays across our client's facility in Edmonton.

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Health & Safety at work, an understanding of waste and recycling collection operations is an advantage, and excellent problem-solving skills. They should also be able to multitask while under pressure and have a flexible, adaptable approach.

In this role, you will support the smooth running of the facilities by managing staff schedules, recruiting new flexible workers, and managing a pool of candidates to ensure the plant is fully staffed at all times.

You will also be responsible for conducting right-to-work checks, verifying employee documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of payroll, RTW checks, inductions, PPE ordering and storing, and compliance checks.
