Job Title: Equipment Maintenance Specialist

Purpose of the Role: To maximise machinery output and minimise plant downtime through effective preventative maintenance and efficient breakdown resolution.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • To conduct routine maintenance tasks and perform repairs as necessary.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance and reliability engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
