We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients and their resources. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data on our CRM system, Mercury, and working closely with various business support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and engagement, including commercial pricing submissions, contract renewals, and candidate issue resolution.
- Resource Management: Oversee the management of all hosted resources, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
- Administrative Support: Administer processing on our CRM system for extensions, amendments, and new placements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the commercial team for onboarding and work with international compliance partners to support hosted resources.
- Financial Management: Oversee timesheets, invoices, and expenses to ensure they are received, checked, and processed in accordance with client agreements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate data tracking on the company CRM system and provide regular weekly and monthly tracking reports to your manager.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Relevant business-to-business operational experience.
- Account Management: Account management experience is desirable.
- Education: Educated to A Level.
- Language Skills: Another language would be an asset.
- Soft Skills: Organized, proactive, and excellent attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Good customer service skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Experience using CRM databases and undertaking complex enquiries.
