We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Barback to join our team at The Savoy, a Fairmont Managed Hotel. As a Barback, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and supporting our bartenders in delivering an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the preparation of mise-en-place and glassware.
- Anticipate and respond to guest requests, ensuring seamless service.
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive atmosphere.
- 1-3 years' experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
