Job Description:

This Teaching Assistant Lead position is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic academic environment at Academics in Ware. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will provide critical support to teaching staff and contribute to the educational success of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support teaching staff in delivering pre-planned lessons and leading small groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop targeted interventions for improved student outcomes.
  • Assist in the implementation of educational strategies across various subjects.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in education or a related field.
  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Remuneration:

£29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. This remuneration package reflects our dedication to providing a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.
