Job Summary: Lead SEN Teaching Role
This challenging yet rewarding role requires an experienced SEN teacher to lead and inspire a team of educators supporting students with complex needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing inclusive educational programs.
Key Requirements:
- PQE or equivalent in SEN/SEMH settings
- QTS status
- Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary and Benefits: Up to £60,000 per annum, including individually tailored CPD, work-life balance, and enhanced company benefits
