We are currently seeking a Reception and Administration Support professional to join our Urgent Treatment Centre team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, including reception duties, clerical tasks, and communication with staff and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, responding to queries and directing patients and visitors to the relevant areas.
  • Complete various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ECDL qualification or equivalent.

The salary for this role is approximately £19,000-£24,000 per annum, depending on your experience. A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for this position. We look forward to receiving your application.
