Assembly Line Specialist

We are looking for a talented Assembly Line Specialist to join our production team in Plymouth. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our assembly lines and equipment.
About the Role
* Provide technical support and guidance to Production Technicians to resolve complex equipment-related issues.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Mentor and train Production Technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
* Utilise technology, including PCs, HMI screens, and MES, to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Skills and Qualifications
* At least a Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Proven experience in a high-volume assembly and manufacturing role.
* Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
