Job Title: Machine Monitoring and Maintenance Specialist

The People Co. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Asset Specialist to join its Maintenance and Engineering Department. This challenging opportunity involves carrying out routine asset care across varied plant machinery to achieve optimum efficiencies and quality of product.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To carry out duties in a safe and efficient manner, complying with statutory and company Health and Safety regulations.
  • To investigate, diagnose, and resolve plant issues in a logical and methodical way.
  • To support the production process following resolution to maintain efficient running.
  • To ensure efficient plant operations using the machinery asset care system.
  • To work proactively to stabilise or improve line performance on a continuous improvement basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong understanding of plant machinery operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications and updated certifications.
Compensation Package:

A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
