Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Blank Group Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who wants to take their career to the next level and make a real impact on our business.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and securing sales appointments. They will be comfortable using the phone for calls, holding Zoom meetings, and engaging with clients effectively.
This role requires someone who is experienced in LinkedIn outreach, email writing, and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, stay organised, and manage their workload without the need for constant supervision.
As a key member of our sales team, the Business Development Manager will play a vital role in driving our growth strategy forward. They will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify and generate new business opportunities, assess and qualify incoming leads, and nurture them through to the live project stage.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, flexible working hours, and a supportive team environment.
