About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HVAC sales specialist to join our team as a Technical Account Manager, responsible for managing key accounts across the North. The successful candidate will have a strong technical grounding in humidity control systems and excellent communication skills to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and build relationships with key customers across Yorkshire, Lancashire, and surrounding areas
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, including creating winning proposals and advising on technical specifications for commercial and industrial projects
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, utilizing this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development
Requirements:
• Proven experience in technical sales within the HVAC industry
• Strong technical understanding of humidity control systems and solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £55,000 + commission + benefits. In addition to the competitive compensation package, employees can expect regular development opportunities to further their career with the company.
