About This Opportunity

We are seeking an ER Specialist to join our team on a 3-month FTC. This is a chance to work with a well-known brand and contribute to their HR function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage ER cases, performance-related issues, investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Support the appeal process and develop ER templates, policies, and processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ER case development and process improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong ER case management experience, handling various ER cases at different levels of complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
