We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Charities Aid Foundation. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in aligning our HR strategies with our mission to accelerate social progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement impactful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and talent development to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with our values and mission.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organisation to create a fair and sustainable future for all.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyse HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Broad and extensive industry experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role, ideally in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Coaching and training skills to develop employees and drive business results.
