- Broad and extensive industry experience as a Senior HRBP or similar role, ideally in the non-profit sector.
- Strong up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Coaching and training skills to develop employees and drive business results.
