Account Director Opportunity at NewsUK

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Director to join our team in Belfast. As an Account Director at NewsUK, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Commercial in the delivery of client and project strategy, including maintaining exceptional standards of quality in project delivery, overseeing key client proposals, managing margins on projects, and working with heads of departments to set schedules and delivery timeframes.
  • Support the Head of Commercial in the leadership and management of the Client Services team, including mentoring and developing team members to meet customer needs and supporting the management of the PDR process.
  • Manage the delivery and profitability of projects across the team's accounts.
  • Work with the full project team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Manage client projects from briefing through to delivery and reporting.
  • Brief and liaise with the design, web development, and performance marketing teams.
Requirements:
  • Experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing high-profile client accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and innovation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
