**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Pick and segregate recyclable and non-recyclable materials in a fast-paced MRF environment.
  • Maximize quality and recovery rates while adhering to statutory and company obligations.
  • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping tasks and adhere to manual handling principles.


About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience within the waste industry is desirable, but not essential. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 (with a 15% premium for night shifts) and a range of benefits, including annual leave, a company pension scheme, and a cash health benefit scheme.
