We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Oxford East Post Office Worker to join our team at the Royal Mail Group. This role involves delivering mail and packages to residents across the area, as well as working closely with colleagues to ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points and be able to work independently, using their own initiative to resolve any issues that may arise during deliveries. They will also need to be physically fit, able to walk for long periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

As an Oxford East Post Office Worker, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers' doors, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all items are delivered safely and securely. You will also need to keep accurate records of your deliveries and report any issues or concerns to your supervisor.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, 5 days across Monday - Sunday. The salary for this role is £12.54 per hour, paid monthly, and includes overtime paid at 1.25 times the normal hourly rate. You will also receive 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata), and access to our company pension scheme and other benefits.
