Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic and individualized care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.

Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered Nurse.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
