Job Description:

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to lead care and support for our clients in their homes, making a difference to their lives and those of their caregivers.

This is an opportunity to provide and lead round-the-clock care, working with our Specialist Team to deliver a person-centred approach.

We have various shift patterns available, including day and night cover.

Experience and Skills:

  • You must be a Registered Nurse
  • Able to demonstrate clinical skills such as wound dressing
  • Excellent communication and attentive listening skills
  • Ability to prioritise the complex needs of our customers
  • Competent in completing all necessary paperwork
