Corporate Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Audit Manager to oversee a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services department, with a strong emphasis on Not For Profit (NFP) specialisms.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective services to clients, enhancing their experience while contributing to the growth and development of the firm.
- Develop strong client relationships and become the primary contact for day-to-day matters.
- Review and finalise audit files, accounts, and corporation tax work prepared by junior staff.
- Provide feedback and training during staff appraisals and encourage team growth.
- Assist partners in managing WIP, ensuring timely billing and progress of work.
- Identify business opportunities and assist partners with value-added assignments.
- Ensure deadlines are met for Companies House filings, group reporting, P11Ds, and tax returns.
- Plan and supervise work to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Proficiency in reviewing and completing audit and accounts files.
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving and idea-generation skills.
- Effective marketing, networking, and business development abilities.
- Pro-active leadership and management, fostering high-performing teams.
