We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Services Audit Manager to join our team at Ellacotts LLP. As a key member of our Corporate Services department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing a cost-effective, timely, and quality service to enhance client experience and productivity for the Firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services department, with a focus on our leading Not For Profit specialism.
  • Provide excellent service to clients, including those in the NFP Sector, on a cost-effective and timely basis.
  • Seek to gain experience and progress the role and those of other staff by seeking to take more advanced work from partners and delegating more routine work to others.
  • Review and finalise audit files, accounts, and corporation tax work prepared by more junior staff.
  • Assist partners in controlling WIP within the department by progressing work to completion/billing point swiftly.
Critical Skills and Knowledge
  • Ability to review and complete audit and accounts files quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong computer literacy and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent marketing, networking, and business development skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of audit and accounts preparation, preferably in the NFP sector.
  • Corporate taxation knowledge and solid MS Office products knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience
  • ACA or ACCA Qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualification proven experience within an audit practice environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience managing staff within a practice environment.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Highly confidential and a good networker.
  • Resilient and energetic, with a strong desire to achieve and self-motivate.
Requirements
  • Live within commuting distance of Banbury.
  • Work outside normal hours as required.
