Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients within the Corporate Services department
- Provide a cost-effective and timely service to clients
- Contribute to overall practice development, particularly in the area of audit and accounts preparation
- Build strong relationships internally and externally to effectively deliver projects and grow members of the team
- Review and finalise audit files, accounts, and corporation tax work prepared by junior staff
- Develop knowledge of clients and their businesses to become their point of contact on day-to-day matters
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing staff within a practice environment
- Minimum of 4 years post-qualification proven experience within an audit practice environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Quickly builds rapport and trust
- Highly confidential
- Good networker
- Resilient and energetic
- Achiever and self-motivated
- Organised
The role is 37.5 hours a week, 7.5 hours 5 days. 5 hours each day must be worked between 8.30-5 and the rest can be flexed. Hybrid working, 60% in the office.
