About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and supportive living environment, promoting the physical, cognitive, and social wellbeing of our residents.
  • Support the Wellbeing Coordinator in planning and delivering a range of activities to engage and stimulate residents.
  • Contribute to the positive and professional image of the home, maintaining high standards of care and customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups, schools, and other organizations to enhance resident engagement and access to community resources.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to providing high-quality care and activities.

You will have a strong understanding of the importance of person-centered care and be able to work effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
