Senior Specialist Legal Editor, Corporate Law

We are seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to join our team in the UK. As a Senior Specialist Legal Editor, you will use your specialist legal knowledge of corporate law to provide and maintain a wide range of content for our clients.

About the Role

  • Analyse the latest corporate law developments and decide which items to cover and to what extent
  • Create new and maintain existing materials spanning a variety of formats
  • Commission, review and edit content written internally and externally
  • Meet with external customers and industry experts to maintain and build understanding of the latest trends and pressures in corporate law and practice
  • Assist with marketing our corporate law practice area and engaging with customers
  • Liaise with our wider editorial teams, sales, marketing, product management, technology and segment functions where necessary

About You

  • Substantial post qualification experience as a corporate lawyer in either a law firm or in-house
  • A demonstrable interest and ability in writing
  • In-depth understanding of corporate law and extensive experience in advising on corporate matters
