As a Bid Manager at Morgan Sindall Construction, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's bid strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality bids.

You will be responsible for planning and managing all aspects of bids, establishing winning strategies, and implementing writing plans for quality lead bids. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project. They will also be able to research projects and clients to demonstrate an understanding of client key drivers, effectively communicating differentiators and approach.

A full UK driving licence is essential. The salary range for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
