Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PMS Solution Expert to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our EMEA DSO Team, you will be responsible for enhancing the service experience for our clients by providing guidance on how to best utilize the CareStackTM software program.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of dental practice management and a strong background in a DSO operational role. You should also have experience with main UK PMS systems, such as Dentally and Exact, and a good understanding of the overall IT software landscape in UK DSOs.

Key Responsibilities

As a PMS Solution Expert, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong and lasting relationships with our clients based on trust and mutual success.
  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and needs related to dental practice management.
  • Offering tailored solutions and support to our clients.
  • Monitoring client health and satisfaction levels, and proactively addressing any issues or concerns to mitigate churn and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
  • Leading the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our dental practice management software.
  • Providing comprehensive training sessions to clients, both remotely and on-site when necessary, to ensure they fully understand the features and functionalities of our software.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for client needs and feedback to relevant internal teams, including product development and support.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
