We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Events Planner to join our team at History Royal Palaces. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of commercial events, while also selling and managing private and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver client expectations to ensure flawless coordination and execution of all events
- Provide event organisers, clients, and guests with faultless support and facilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance and promote the reputation of HRP as a world-class portfolio of event venues
- Develop and implement effective event strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience of running events on an operational level
- In-depth knowledge of the events industry, with a strong understanding of heritage settings
- Excellent IT, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative, with flexibility and adaptability
- Strong leadership skills, with a high level of customer service
