Commercial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Leader to join our team at Bauer Media Group. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering commercial strategy across our territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform commercial strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role, with a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
