Bluefruit Software is looking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Director to create and develop new business opportunities, working together with our Sales and Marketing Team to offer new and existing customers a great partnership experience.

Bluefruit Software is a Cornish based company providing high quality embedded software solutions across a variety of technology industries, including global medical and scientific sectors. We put our people first, believing that happy teams and satisfied customers are the cornerstones of successful, high-quality, software projects.

Some of the important skills, knowledge, and experience for this role are:

- A strategic approach to creating and developing new long term business opportunities.
- Developing and delivering on strategic objectives to achieve sales targets working within budget parameters.
- Forecasting and creating annual sales quotas to fulfil sales and marketing plans.
- Engage, build, and maintain stakeholder relationships, through collaborative working, information giving & gathering, and focused communication.
- Working together with the Sales and Marketing team, creating objectives to support and deliver on company strategy.
- Some experience of sales and marketing in the tech sector.
- Experience of a coaching and mentoring style of people line management, motivation, development, and performance management.
- Excellent verbal, written, business finance, and presentation skills.

Salary for this role circa £55k, plus a generous car allowance.
