About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individualized support to young people with complex needs, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 Care qualification.
- Full UK driving license.
- Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
